DICA stands for Drink Innovation Campus and is the accelerator program of the beverage industry. Whether new blockchain technologies, an innovative handling of digital applications or revolutionary process innovations, as long as your idea is applied to the beverage industry, you have the opportunity to get support from the DICA-program for 6 months to develop your innovation and new business models. In our funding program you will meet our innovation partners from the industry for intensive exchange and possible cooperation. In addition, we provide a resource budget of 2,000 EUR per team.

DICA is a starting point. From this perspective, innovative developments in the industry are to be accompanied and accelerated with openness and a cooperative spirit. We want to specifically create a space with DICA in which experiments and new partnership models can be conceived and carried out for both start-ups and established companies. With the methods of the start-up development and the approaches of co-creation, completely new ways can be taken and essential questions about the future design of the beverage industry may be addressed. The bridge between established players and start-ups is a key element to shape topics such as social change, e.g. in the field of consumer behavior or demographic structure, the challenges of digitization or the claim to sustainable action. Workshop “Start @ DICA”: 2 days in Munich – sharpening the business idea, networking with the DICA partners, getting to know the coaches, presentation and selection of start-ups. Admission to the DICA network. First 1,000 EUR funding.
Coaching phase: regular personal or virtual exchange with Entrepeneurship Coach from SCE and industry experts – developping milestones
Workshop “Half-Time”: Follow-up of Milestones and Progress of Business Development. Second 1,000 EUR funding.
Coaching phase: Regular personal or virtual exchange with Entrepeneurship Coach from SCE and industry experts – developing milestones, accompaniment of cooperations
Workshop “Becoming DICA Alumni”: Preparing for Investor Pitches, Presenting Achievements, Lessons Learned, Recommendations, Next Steps, Invitation to other Events within the Alumni Community.
